MME team advised Gizatech AG, an artificial intelligence platform for smart contracts and web3 protocols, in its $3 million pre-seed round led by CoinFund with participation from Arrington Capital, StarkWare and TA Ventures, along with prominent angels like Rand Hindi and Julien Bouteloup, among others.
MME team was led by Peter Kuhn (Legal Partner, Corporate / M&A), Andreas Glarner (Legal Partner, Fintech) and Thomas Linder (Tax Partner) and included Eric Sutter (Senior Tax Advisor), Patrick Niklaus (Senior Legal Associate) and Martina Kim (Legal Associate).
