As a litigator, Dr. Roman Cincelli has extensive experience in advising companies and individuals in the areas of employment law as well as public and private construction law. He advises clients in insurance and liability law matters. Roman Cincelli works both in an advisory and litigation capacity and is efficient, pragmatic and solution-oriented in representing the concerns and interests of his clients.
Prior to joining MME, Roman Cincelli worked for a large international commercial law firm and an insurance group. As a STEP member, he has in-depth knowledge in the areas of trusts, foundations and succession planning.
As a litigator, Dr. Roman Cincelli represents his clients before state courts, arbitration tribunals and authorities.
