Tanja Steiner-Müller advises her clients in banking, financial market, contract and corporate law, as well as in IT and data protection law.
Thanks to her many years of in-house experience at a private banking and asset management group, Tanja Steiner-Müller understands the requirements on the corporate side – particularly in the financial and technology sectors – and beyond their respective boundaries.
Tanja Steiner-Müller has sound and practice-oriented knowledge in the financial services sector, not least due to her secondment at the Swiss Financial Market Supervisory Authority FINMA, Banking Division. In addition, she advises her clients on regulatory matters with a focus on new technologies such as FinTech, DLT, and the digital economy.
Tanja Steiner-Müller has extensive experience in project management and supports her clients in interdisciplinary matters.
Another focus of her work lies in technology law, particularly in IT contract law.
