Advising on interdisciplinary matters: your lawyer with corporate experience and a focus on banking and financial market law, data protection and technologies.
Tanja Steiner-Müller advises clients on banking, financial market, contract and corporate law, and IT and data protection law.
Thanks to her many years of working in-house at a Private Banking and Asset Management Group, she understands the requirements on the corporate side - especially in the financial and technology sectors.
Tanja Steiner-Müller has in-depth, practical knowledge of the financial services sector, not least thanks to her secondment at the Swiss Financial Market Supervisory Authority FINMA, Banking Division. She also advises her clients on regulatory issues with a focus on new technologies, such as FinTech, DLT and Digital Economy.
Tanja has extensive project management experience and supports clients with interdisciplinary topics.
Another focus of her practice is technology law, particularly IT contract law.
