Ronald Kogens is a partner at the law firm MME, where he focuses on financial markets, data, technology, corporate, and intellectual property law, with particular expertise in the legal and technical aspects of Web3 software protocols and applications. He advises clients on regulatory frameworks, data governance, intellectual property rights, proprietary and open source licensing, as well as licensing requirements for fintech business models.
He further supports clients, with a strong emphasis on regulatory compliance, in structuring fintech and next generation banking business models, as well as in the issuance of innovative financial instruments.
Ronald is a recognized representative at SIX for the listing of bonds, collective investment schemes, derivatives, ETPs, and shares.
