Michael advises founders, startups and established technology companies at the intersection of software, digital assets and finance. His practice focuses on cross-border structuring, regulatory matters and intellectual property strategies, including open-source and source-available licensing models, with a particular focus on Web3 infrastructure projects. He also regularly advises on Swiss association law and the use of association structures for technology ventures and decentralized ecosystems.
