Anna Tomaschek primarily advises on M&A transactions on both the buyer and seller sides, restructurings and other corporate transactions. She supports companies, private equity and venture capital firms, family offices and other investors in domestic and cross-border acquisitions and disposals, investments and joint ventures.
In addition, Anna Tomaschek advises start-ups during all stages of growth – from incorporation and financing rounds to exit transactions. She also assists her clients with the structuring of shareholders’ agreements, employee participation and incentive schemes.
