High Technology Industries Group (HTI) has acquired a majority stake in the BMF Group, a Swiss Company with international business activities in the fields of ropeway systems, amusement parks, mechanical engineering and lighting systems.
HTI with the companies LEITNER, POMA, PRINOTH and DEMACLENKO has established itself as the world's only full-range supplier of winter sports technologies.
MME as lead advisor advised HTI with regard to all Swiss legal and tax matters in this transaction.
