Dr. Thomas Müller is active in the areas of corporate M&A, corporate governance, notary and foundation law. He supports companies in transactions of all kinds and accompanies complex notarial transactions in the entrepreneurial and corporate law context. In the field of governance, Thomas Müller advises autonomous networks and foundations in the development of leadership and control structures, as well as advising organs, foundations, and companies on organizational and organ liability issues. At MME, Thomas Müller heads the specialist group "Foundations and Trusts" and, with his team, advises founders, foundations, and foundation boards on all matters related to foundation law.
