Every point counts. Luca Hitz is full of drive and energy. He plays his home games in the areas of intellectual property law, technology law, FinTech and competition law.
Besides established companies, Luca Hitz also advises innovative start-ups, in particular in the technology sector. Together with his clients, he develops customized strategies for innovation protection, implements these and defends his clients’ innovations efficiently and powerfully.
Luca Hitz joined MME as an attorney in 2018. Previously, he worked at the Institute of Intellectual Property (IPI) and as a law clerk at the District Court of Zurich.
