Luca advises companies of all sizes and stages of growth ‒ from established enterprises to innovative startups ‒ particularly in the technology, entertainment, sports, and healthcare sectors. Working closely with clients, he develops tailored strategies to protect, enforce, and defend innovation effectively and efficiently.
He also supports companies with projects involving artificial intelligence (AI), helping them harness technological advancements in a legally sound and impactful way. Another key focus of his practice is competition law ‒ especially unfair competition and antitrust. In this area, he advises on market conduct, collaborations, and distribution systems, and represents clients before competition authorities and courts.
Before joining MME as an attorney, Luca gained valuable experience at the Swiss Federal Institute of Intellectual Property (IPI) and served as a court clerk at the District Court of Zurich.
