Dr. Katarina Skoric advises companies and private individuals on all aspects of employment and social security law. She represents her clients both out of court and before courts and authorities. In social insurance law, she covers all branches, with a particular focus on accident and health insurance.
Her doctoral thesis forms the academic foundation of her specialization and shapes her analytical, systematic approach as well as her commitment to precise legal argumentation. Building on this, she develops practical, solution-oriented strategies and represents her clients effectively before courts, arbitral tribunals and authorities. Her work is centered on thorough legal analysis and efficient, sustainable dispute resolution.
