Dr. Bernhard Meyer, one of the three founding partners of MME, is an internationally renowned arbitrator and litigation specialist. He is Past-Vice-President of the Swiss Arbitration Association (ASA), Past-President of the ICC Arbitration Commission Switzerland, former Head of the Arbitration Section of the Zurich Bar Association, and the ASA Zurich Local Group.
In the international arena, Bernhard was a Jurisdictional Council Member of the Inter-Pacific Bar Association (IPBA), Vice-Chair of the IPBA Dispute Resolution Committee, and Co-Chair of the International Sales Committee of the International Bar Association (IBA).
Bernhard is the author and co-author of numerous books and publications, particularly in the field of arbitration and procedural law.
