  • be carefully managed;

  • contain the details of your registered shareholders;

  • contain a note on the notification or non-notification (FATF notification) of the beneficial owner for registered shareholders with at least 25% of the voting rights or capital shares;

  • contain the name of the beneficial owner, if an FATF-notification has been received.
