Fresh Del Monte (Canned Fruits, Vegetables, & Veggie Snacks | Del Monte®) implemented an international reorganization of a significant financial dimension which encompassed numerous jurisdictions, including Switzerland.
MME advised Fresh Del Monte on all Swiss law aspects in the reorganization and the implementation of the legal steps relating to Switzerland.
