MME provided comprehensive legal advice to the shareholders of Maltech Group, the Swiss market leader for lifting platform technology, on the sale to Mateco Group. The sale of the Maltech Group to the Mateco Group – a lifting platform specialist with over 160 locations worldwide and an inventory of over 40’000 devices – opens up new prospects for the Maltech Group.
