MME advised the owners of KSM on the sale to Healthcare Holding.

MME provided comprehensive legal advice to the owners of KSM Kunden Service Management GmbH, a Swiss company specializing in medical disposable products, in connection with the sale of shares to Healthcare Holding Schweiz AG.
