MME Legal | Tax | Compliance provided legal and tax support to KKA Partners on the investment of up to EUR 50 million in Healthcare Holding Schweiz AG, one of the leading independent distributors and service providers in Medtech in Switzerland, and on joining forces with Winterberg Group. Winterberg and KKA state that this collaboration will enable the successful realization of an ambitious acquisition pipeline and integration of targets over the next five years.
