KIBAG, a leading company in the Swiss construction industry with a 100-year history, is acquiring the long-established Grob Kies AG in Toggenburg. The acquisition represents a significant milestone in KIBAG’s history and will strengthen its market position in the long term. The transaction is scheduled to close in July 2026.
