Cyber Resilience Act Workshop for Swiss Companies

The MME Data Law team offers a half-day workshop on the new Cyber Resilience Act (CRA) at a fixed price.

What will we deliver? We will guide you through the subject matter using our structured, pragmatic, and risk-based approach.

  • Introduction: What is the CRA about? Overview of the regulatory challenges in the EU and Switzerland. Please note: Without CE marking, CRA-compliant technical documentation, and software bills of materials, products with networked digital elements (software and hardware) can no longer be exported to the EU after December 11, 2027.
  • Product analysis: Which products are affected by the regulation?
    • Tailored analysis. Connected products, IoT, Industrial Internet of Things (IoT), and cloud services (hardware and software) are affected. There are various exceptions to this.
  • To-dos: What are the obligations of manufacturers?
    • Risk assessments and compliance with essential safety requirements
    • Due diligence in the supply chain
    • Vulnerability management and reporting obligations
    • Conformity assessment and CE marking
    • Transparency and information obligations for the safe use of products
  • Planning implementation: Roadmap and step-by-step plan
