Stephan F. Greber joined MME as Legal Associate in 2020. Prior to joining MME, he worked as a law clerk at the District Court of the Canton of Zug, as a junior associate at a leading law firm in Zug, as a trainee at a big insurance company as well as an associate at an international consulting company (Big Four). Stephan F. Greber works as a lawyer primarily in the areas of litigation, bankruptcy law, corporate and contract law as well as in the areas of anti-money laundering and anti-corruption regulations. He provides legal advice to companies and private persons and represents the interests of his national and international clients before courts and local authorities. Additionally, he is a Notary Public of the Canton of Zug.

In connection with the implementation of the indirect counter-proposal to the popular initiative "For responsible companies - to protect people and the environment", the board of directors will be held accountable. However, it is crucial and not entirely clear which companies, and as a consequence, boards of directors of which companies, will be affected by future obligations under civil law and, accordingly, which companies will be exempt.
