He assists his clients in implementing new business models, M&A transactions, restructurings, international expansions and relocations. Patrik defends the interests of his clients in tax audits and before all tax authorities and courts.
Prior to MME, he worked for a big-four consulting firm in Zug and a tax boutique in Lucerne.
