Linus Hug looks forward to supporting your project with his expertise. He advises companies and individuals in technology-related areas such as IP/IT, data protection and blockchain.
He is also active in contract and employment law. He draws on a wide range of experience when representing his clients before state courts as well as national and international arbitration tribunals. Prior to joining MME, Linus Hug was a clerk at the Swiss Federal Supreme Court. He still serves as a part-time substitute district court judge.
His entrepreneurial approach is enhanced by his academic background at an IP/Law & Economics Chair at ETH Zurich.
