Dr. Daniela Martinis-Arth advises private individuals, medium-sized companies and their owners as well as family offices. In addition, she assists employers and employees with cross-border assignments, drafting of employee participation plans, expense and home office regulations as well as withholding tax issues.
In addition to her work at MME, Daniela Martinis-Arth holds a doctorate in international tax law from the University of Zurich. Previously, she worked as an expert for international tax treaties at the Liechtenstein Tax Administration.
