At the end of April 2018, the Blockchain Task Force presented Federal Councillor Johann N. Schneider-Ammann with a white paper with recommendations for strengthening the Blockchain location Switzerland. Numerous media have reported very positively on this white paper during the last weeks. Who is the Blockchain Task Force? The Blockchain Task Force consists of around 50 representatives from science, business and politics. MME is part of the Blockchain Task Force and, together with a handful of other leading law firms, has developed recommendations aimed at adapting the existing regulatory and legal foundations - if necessary - to the needs of the Blockchain industry.
