Founded in 2017, SMART Treuhand AG has developed into one of the most active buy-and-build platforms in the Swiss fiduciary and audit market. The group employs close to 100 professionals across nine locations in Switzerland and provides a comprehensive range of fiduciary, audit, tax and advisory services to SMEs and private clients. Through this transaction, Schweizer Treuhand Holding AG establishes the foundation for the further expansion of a leading national fiduciary and advisory group in Switzerland.
