MME Legal | Tax | Compliance advised Gaius Capital on its investment in Alpiora Group, a Swiss insurance brokerage platform focused on entrepreneurial succession solutions.
The transaction marks Gaius Capital’s second investment in the insurance brokerage sector and its first in Switzerland. Alpiora Group is led by Oliver Lang, Nenad Valverde and Jeton Topalli, an experienced management team with deep industry expertise, strong Swiss roots and an established track record of successfully working together.
MME advised Gaius Capital on the Swiss legal and tax aspects of the transaction.
